Placing Your Order

	Under the properties box choose your size and/or color
	Type the desired quantity in the "Quantity" box
	Click the "Buy" button Updating your shopping cart - you can remove an item or empty your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "delete" button. You can also change the quantity by typing in the quantity you would like and then clicking the "Recalculate Total" button.
	Continue shopping or Checkout Continue shopping - to keep shopping click the "Continue Shopping" button. Checkout - When you have completed shopping click the "checkout" button
	Follow the directions to enter the required information on the page Enter your billing address Choose a shipping destination (no p.o. boxes) If the shipping address differs from your billing please change Add any additional comments or instructions
	If you feel everything is correct, select "pay with a credit"
	Fill out all necessary credit card information

Method Of Payment

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are the available methods of payment for personal orders. Cash and checks will not be accepted. For larger quantity or group orders please call for additional payment options.

Order Notification

Customers receive an E-Mail order acknowledgement. If there are any problems with your order you will receive an email notification explaining the problem.

Merchandise Availability

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items. As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you with no additional freight charge..

Sales Tax

We are based out of Southern California and are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to addresses that are within the state. We will not charge sales tax to customers outside California, these customers are responsible for following the rules of their own state.

Delivery

Most merchandise is shipped via UPS ground service, therefore, we ask that you provide a street address rather than a Post Office Box.

Placing an order from outside the U.S.- Contact us at 951-245-4088 if you are interested in purchasing and shipping to a location outside the US.

All products are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase. Refunds of purchase price will be credited back to the credit card on which the purchase was made. Shipping and handling not included.
